Month four
It launched. Then he stopped answering emails.
Full stack developer. IT manager. Nine years. Working with clients worldwide.
Anyone can build you a website.
Fewer can still be found in year three.
At 3am, when it breaks, that is the job.
Hadi Moussawi, freelance web developer: Anyone can build it. I stay and run it.
Full stack developer and IT manager. Nine years. Based in Lebanon, working worldwide.
Book a callThe pattern
Nearly a third of small companies report something going badly wrong with whoever built their site. Almost none of those stories are about bad code.
Month four
It launched. Then he stopped answering emails.
Year one
Nobody here can edit it. It was all set up under his account.
Any Tuesday
When it goes down, everyone looks at whoever sits nearest the router.
None of this is a code problem. It is a nobody is there problem.
Half one
Build
The product, the front end, the API, the database, the deploy. End to end, by one person who will still recognise the code next year.

Half two
Run
Uptime, monitoring, backups, access, patching, and the phone call at 3am. The decade after launch, which is the part that decides whether any of it was worth building.

Try it
Something just went down. Hold the bar until it is back.
That took you four seconds. It takes me about the same, because I set it up so it would.
Selected work
01
A booking platform for a multipurpose event space in Al Quoz. Guests find classes and events and pay online. Instructors rent the space to run their own, and manage every booking and guest from a CRM dashboard built for them. Built alone, front end to back end.

02
The Dubai home of Salmon Guru, the cocktail bar from Madrid, in Business Bay. The site shows the cocktails, the food menu and upcoming events, and every one of them is added and edited from a custom dashboard behind it. Built alone, end to end.

03
I run all of their IT: laptops, email, Microsoft business tools, the office network, backups, accounts, and the websites, which I build and maintain. When their three POS terminals went down, locked out, full of bugs and with the subscription lapsed, I recovered access, fixed the faults and had all three back in service in four days. They have stayed up ever since. On the laptops, I fixed what was broken and replaced software that didn't suit the team.

Their leadership skills, clear communication, and problem-solving abilities have greatly improved our workflow. Highly recommend for any team looking for strong guidance!”
Services and prices
I am based in Mount Lebanon and work with clients in Dubai and anywhere else, remotely. These are starting prices: the final price depends on how many pages and features you need, and it is fixed in writing before anything starts.

How it works
01Twenty minutes. You tell me what is breaking or what you want built.
02Written down, in plain words, before anything starts.
03The build has an end date. The running does not.
Straight answers
Everything lives in your accounts, documented, with access you control. If I vanished tomorrow, another developer could pick it up on day one. That is the standard I would want if I were paying.
Yes. The code, the domain, the hosting, the databases, every account. All of it registered in your name from the start, never mine. If anyone ever tells you they need to set it up under their own account, walk away.
It is me. That is the reason things do not get lost between people, and it is also the reason I am honest about capacity. If a job needs more hands than I have, I say so before you sign anything rather than after.
Websites start at $1,200, online stores at $2,000, and booking systems, dashboards and SaaS at $5,000. More pages or features cost more, so each build is quoted as a fixed price once I understand the job. Keeping it running starts at $99 a month. You see both numbers written down before any work begins.
I am based in Mount Lebanon. Most of my clients so far are in Dubai, and I work with businesses anywhere, remotely. Lebanon is one to two hours behind Dubai and close to European hours, so our working days overlap.
Often, and it is a good part of my work. First I find out who actually holds the accounts and get them back to you. Then I read the code and tell you plainly whether it is worth keeping or whether you are better off rebuilding.
Yes, either on its own. Most people come for one and end up wanting both, because the two halves keep handing problems to each other.
